4. Prohibited Activities

- Utilizing the infrastructure for illegal operations or restricted business categories.
- Probing, scanning, or attempting to bypass platform security measures.
- Engaging in, facilitating, or ignoring fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- Deploying automated scrapers, bots, or extraction scripts on our network interfaces.
5. Transaction Processing
All system transactions are processed subject to:
- Standard limits established dynamically by RBI and NPCI network architectures.
- Automated fraud risk mitigation matrices and internal security holds.
- Banking hour clearing windows and general network availability constraints.

9. Limitations of Liability

- Claims require definitive proof of gross systemic negligence on our immediate part.
We disclaim responsibility for banking rail blackouts, force majeure events, or indirect business profit losses.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
We maintain the authority to freeze or terminate access routes:
- For active breaches of these terms or documented suspicious traffic profiles.
- Upon receipt of directive orders from legal, judicial, or RBI banking regulators.
- Following 12 consecutive months of absolute merchant profile dormancy.
You may gracefully close your operations profile at any time by providing a 30-day written notice request.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
